MSE has been delivering high quality careers services for over 10 years. During this time we have provided careers and education services to over 20 schools across the UK, including long term relationships with a number of London institutions in Lambeth, Southwark and Wandsworth.
MSE's ethos is student-centred with an emphasis on understanding culture and environment to ensure excellent outcomes for individuals, as well as those creating engaging careers education programmes.
We strive to ensure that clients have the best fit for their needs, and are fortunate to have a wealth of experience and expertise across a number of disciplines. Above all else, we want the students and schools we support to feel inspired to be the best that they can be.
All MSE's guidance practitioners have Level 6/7 professional qualifications, plus enhanced DBS screening.
Anthony has been with MSE since the beginning. He has a Masters degree in Careers from the University of Reading and is a psychometrics expert, holding a range of accreditations. Anthony delivers Morrisby profiling services to students as well as mentoring high achieving individuals.
Laura joined the company in mid-2018, after completing her undergraduate studies in Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, and Masters degree at the University of Edinburgh. She specialises in supporting high achieving students and those looking at competitive university applications.
Angela joined the company in the summer of 2014, and leads careers delivery at Lilian Baylis Technology School in South London. A graduate (PGDip) in Careers Guidance from the University of East London, Angela also has extensive experience supporting students in further education at Southwark College and South Thames College.
Alix joined the company as a careers adviser in 2013, and leads careers provision at two partner schools in South London. She has a wide range of experience supporting young people with career development, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance from London Southbank University.
Rosemary is an experienced consultant who joined MSE as adviser in 2019. She has a range of previous experience in numerous London colleges and has also delivered community-based support to individuals. She is based across two of our partner schools in Wandsworth and Lambeth. A Level 6 practitioner, Rosemary divides her time between careers work and her beauty salon business.
Elizabeth joined us a part-time associate careers adviser in 2014. Her work focuses on the careers programme at Dunraven school in Lambeth. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance from London Southbank University, and also delivers careers support as a independent practitioner at a number of local schools.
