Yes, our one-to-one guidance sessions are all done virtually. Once you have booked and confirmed your appointment, we will be in touch with instructions to get started.

We recommend starting off with a single guidance session. Usually, this is useful to explore your options and to create some actions to help you with your next step. Should you feel you need for a follow up session, you can contact us at any time.

Yes, an action plan will be completed during the guidance discussion and sent to you following the session (usually within a few hours).
